Mr. Parrish came to our house for an initial visit; he and I discussed possible solutions for our specific house. He then returned the next evening and met with the family for a demonstration of their various products, options, coverage area, etc.  As a group, we then walked around the house and discussed the placement of equipment. Mr. Parrish is very professional in his presentation and demeanor. Once we decided on a plan, he provided a quote for the services. Later that evening, he emailed a contract and references that we could contact about his services. We called the references and all were pleased with his company's products and work

On the date of the installation, Mr. Parrish and a crew of two arrived and immediately began the installation. His crew was very polite and professional. They answered all questions and concerns as the installation progressed. They were thorough and took the time to ensure a neat, clean installation; cleaning up as they went (a very important part of the job). All equipment was up and running by the end of the afternoon.

As luck would have it, the first night we realized that one camera would need to be moved to ensure a better coverage of a specific area. I contacted Mr. Parrish the next morning; we arranged a time to move the camera. Once again, he was on time, and the job was completed quickly and professionally.

He has since called twice more, to ensure we are happy with the system as installed.  We would definitely recommend 1st Choice Security for your home or business.
